You retain all rights in, and are solely responsible for, the User Content you submit. By submitting User Content, you grant countryoru a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such User Content throughout the world in any media.

You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to use and authorize countryoru to use your User Content as described herein. You agree that your User Content will not violate any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or rights of publicity.

countryoru reserves the right to remove any User Content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable at our sole discretion.

7. Payment Terms

Access to certain features of the services may require payment of fees. You agree to pay all fees associated with your use of the services in accordance with the pricing and payment terms provided at the time of purchase. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in these Terms.

You may terminate these Terms at any time by discontinuing your use of the services and deleting your account. countryoru may terminate these Terms and your access to the services at any time, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of the services, countryoru, or third parties, or for any other reason.

Upon termination, your right to use the services will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
